remember that one time i hated country music?
remember how....
whitney was the first to try to convert me, and she definitely laid out the ground work. i may have been able to recognize a rascal flatts song or two.
a few years down the road, heather did all she could to get me to love it. being from down south, she was born and raised on this musical snack. we even had a "white trash bash" where she put together a play list of her favorite most country stuff she could find.
then my dear cousin/roomie karina tried her best, but i would whine and whine when country music was on. seriously, that stuff USED to make my ears bleed.
*honorable mention goes to bronwyn
well, a few weeks ago i went to a free kellie pickler concert, and it made all the difference. this girl was gorgeous, charming, and had the cutest stories to go behind the cutest songs. that was the day i was converted to country. not only that, but i dug up my old white trash bash mix, and was playing it the other day BEFORE i went out to....wait for it....country dancing! i know, i know. i'm so proud of myself.
however, combining the best of both worlds would be ideal (watch this, you wont be disappointed):

How does she make money on free concerts? I always thought she was cute but I don't think she gets much publicity, does she?
I listened to Gary Allan before you went to college because and I grew up in the same ward. So I exposed you to it first, not that I was ever a fan of anyone else. Do you like the music or just the dancing? Did you get a dog and pickup? Where's the booze and gun? Just wondering how far you're taking this...
You were right! Not disappointing! I watched it twice; first time- "huh?!?!?!?"
second time- "huh. I think it's supposed to be like that".
haha, nice. For the record, I have no issues whatsoever with you exploiting me on your blog. Love it. Miss you. Love you your blog. The end.

dad: i got a dog, a truck, some tight butt-less chaps, and some new ink. that ok?!
and taniel: miss you oodles and oodles. i'll be sure to exploit you as much as possible on this blog :)
Woah. Woah! This video. It's only possible to be successful in country hip-hop if you are wearing her outfit. The intro of the dancers is priceless! Oh and I don't like country music. Oops.
oh my oh my...how did I ever miss this!??
