1. i'm not in jail. i forgot to update on what happened in court a couple of weeks ago. i'm just on 6 months probation, and i have to report to court whenever they ask me to. luckily, i don't have to wear one of these gorgeous anklets pictured here, but i thought i'd throw it in for fun. i had to pay fine, and then at the end of our 6 months, we have to write a thank-you note. you better believe i'll be purchasing the most expensive one from hallmark. maybe even a singing one?
2. i'm no longer going to Peru. it was a hard decision, but the right one. which means that i will get to see my favorite provo personalities for a little longer than expected. not to mention more QT with my friends, which is always nice. i even get to see the new HP movie in english along with the new twilight movie. so i guess it wasn't too hard of a decision when i realize that i'm really blessed to stay. i just have to find a real job now. YIKES! that's a little intimidating!
3. i am an....*drum roll please*....INTRAMURAL CHAMPION (from UPPER division softball)!! yes, ladies and gentlemen. a week before i graduate, i finally win a t-shirt. it's pretty cool looking. the only thing it lacks is my name engraved on the back, and a sound button that makes the cougar noise. besides that, it's everything i've ever dreamed of.

Congrats on winning an intramural T-shirt! It feels great when you finally get one, huh? I still get tons of questions about what we were champs for when I wear mine now!!!

what on earth did you do to have to go to court...i have a feeling it's funny, but i could be wrong.
